3. Cookies We Currently Use
GrainSmart currently uses only Cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate and protect the Services, except where you have separately consented to optional Cookies.

A live cookie audit should confirm every cookie, tag, local-storage item, SDK, and third-party request that is actually triggered by the public website, mobile app, logged-in platform, and checkout flow.
4. Strictly Necessary Cookies
Strictly necessary Cookies are needed for the Services to work. They may be used to:
- Authenticate users and maintain secure login sessions
- Protect forms, accounts, systems, and payments from fraud or abuse
- Process a requested payment through Stripe
- Keep the platform operational and technically stable
- Remember your Cookie preferences
- Deliver features you have specifically requested
Because these Cookies are necessary to provide the Services, you may not be able to disable them through our Cookie Settings. You may be able to block them in your browser, but doing so may prevent the Services from working properly.
5. Optional Cookies
GrainSmart does not currently use optional analytics, advertising, retargeting, or social-media Cookies.
If we introduce optional Cookies in the future, we will:

- Show clear information about the provider, purpose, category, and duration
- Obtain consent before placing non-essential Cookies where required
- Provide an easy method to accept, reject, or withdraw consent
6. Third-Party Providers
We use certain service providers to operate the Services. These providers may process data through their own tools, integrations, APIs, or technical infrastructure.
Our relevant providers may include:
- Stripe, for payment processing and fraud prevention
- Amazon Web Services (“AWS”), for cloud hosting, file storage, infrastructure, and service delivery
- GrainSmart SaaS, for sending email communications
- Grainsmart SaaS, for customer relationship management
- Grainsmart SaaS, for receiving online enquiries and requests
- Grainsmart SaaS, for invoicing, records, and financial administration
- Google maps and other engineering and machines API, for functionality integrated into the Services
Stripe may act in different data-protection roles depending on the specific product and context. For example, Stripe states that it acts as a processor when processing personal data on behalf of a Stripe user, while its privacy materials also identify situations where Stripe entities act as controllers.
We will only use third-party Cookies where permitted by law and, where required, after obtaining your consent.
7. Cookie Settings and Withdrawal of Consent
You can manage optional Cookie preferences through Cookie Settings, available via the website footer or cookie-banner controls where provided.
You can withdraw or change consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before it was withdrawn.
You can also control Cookies through your browser or device settings. Browser controls generally apply only to that browser and device. If you use multiple devices or browsers, update settings on each one.

GrainSmart operates from Uzbekistan and provides Services worldwide. Information processed through Cookies or related technologies may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from countries outside your country of residence, including Uzbekistan and countries where our service providers operate.
Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, technical and organisational security measures, recognised transfer mechanisms, or other lawful safeguards.
10. Children
The Services are intended for business users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly use Cookies to collect personal information from, profile, or market to children.

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, our Services, Cookie use, suppliers, or legal requirements. We will publish the revised Policy on our website and update the “Last updated” date.
Where changes materially affect your Cookie choices, we will provide additional notice and seek fresh consent where required.
